Outside Bath

Today I was playing around outside in the backyard with Momma. After awhile Momma came out with this big bucket and she put water into it, she also put my ball in it. At first it seemed like a pretty fun idea. But I think I was tricked because suddenly I was put IN the bucket of water. I did not like it one bit. And to top it off Poppa was taking photos of the whole event! It was pretty embarrasing. Good thing the naughty dogs weren't outside to witness this.

Summer is for napping and whatnot

Since it's been warm outside Momma has opened my favorite napping window. It makes me so happy to be back in my favorite place. This napping spot is ideal for sun worshipping and keeping watch over those pesky birds and squirrels.

And then, when I get too warm, I head over to the kitchen where it's nice and cool. I love summertime.

The Crime Scene

The other day, Momma and Poppa woke up to a mess.















Yes, I did it. It was a new Ellie and I wasn't going to stand for it.

Momma kept laughing at me while I was napping. I don't see what's so funny!

Another party, but not for me

Last Saturday Momma had some ladies and my Grandma over to our house. I was so excited to see my grandma that I leapt into her lap! Momma told me it was a baby shower for her friend, but I don't know what that means and I would rather if the party had been for me.
I was only outside for a little bit and Momma did not like me to sniff the food table. She did make me wear my birthday scarf so I could look handsome for the ladies. I think it worked, they loved me! Even though Momma didn't let me sniff around the food table the ladies gave me some treats anyway.
