My Furrrbaby

Momma brushed me this evening. I love, love, love to get brushings. They are my favorite things next to chicken and ocean fish. The best part of the brushings is the furbabies the brushing produces. Momma had taken a photo of me nuzzling my furbabies but Papa thought it was disgusting and told Momma she couldn't post it for me. I don't know what's so disgusting about it. It's just my furbabies. I love them.
Instead there's a photo of me nuzzling Momma's leg. She gets nuzzles for helping me produce the furbabies... and for the brushing which I so love.

Springtime

It's Springtime around here and I've been having a nice time frolicking around my backyard. Momma got a few shots of me playing.

Today she brought my pink ball outside for me so I could play fetch. ... Although I think it's more fun to play fetch inside.

Almost my birthday!

My birthday is in less than a month. I will be 1 years old on May 8th. I cannot wait!! Momma said she's going to have a party for me with treats baked especially for me and toys and maybe even Gatsby will come over!
While Momma was talking about this she got all sentimental on me and started thinking about when I was just a baby. Attached is a photo of me when I first met my Momma. I was only 5 weeks old and she came to visit me when I was still living with my Boston mom. Here is a photo of her holding me. I knew then that she was meant to be my forever Mom.
These other photos are of me and my Boston brother. He's on the right. I wonder whatever happened to him? My Auntie Laura is holding us up so Momma could take a photo.

The Monkey

Last week Momma came home with a new toy for me. Not that this is an unusual occurance, but this time she brought me home a monkey with exceptionally long arms which are perfect for chewing on. I absolutely love it! I love it so much I want to chew its arms right off! As you can see in one of the photos I'm working towards that goal.

Caught on tape

Momma had Monday afternoon off from work. It was very exciting to have her home. I was expecting to nap in my crate all day like normal, but nope. We had a fun afternoon of play, a walk, and some romping around with Tiki!
Well, maybe romping around with Tiki was more of a fight. I didn't know that Momma had caught it all on tape. You will also hear Momma's favorite show on the television, Everyday Italian with Giada De Laurentiis. Momma loves that show and was a little peeved we disrupted her viewing.

I like to show off my teeth. I especially like showing Tiki my teeth.
Tiki needs to be reminded of how tough I am ... sometimes he forgets who he's messing around with.

New nap spot

I found a new nap spot. The best part about this nap spot is how I've rearranged the towels to form a nest. It is much more cozy than my nap chair.
For awhile no one knew about this nap spot. It was a secret from everyone. I should have known that one day my secret would be found out.

He's baaack. I can't believe he's just staring at us like that.
I know! I just want to beat him up so bad.
I'm really mad that he just thinks he can come over here and eat from the bird feeder like that. Who does he think he is???
He thinks he's better than us. He thinks he's safe out there... but he's not. One day we'll get him. We'll get him and he won't even know what's coming.

Strawberries and other things Momma monkeys around with in the kitchen

I like to watch Momma when she's in the kitchen. Sometimes I beg and beg and beg and she'll give me a little taste of what she's monkeying around with up there. I especially love when she's making something that involves Tuna or Salmon or Chicken.
Now I'm not so sure about these things that she's working on. Momma says they're strawberries and I wouldn't like them so much. I don't believe her. They look pretty good and I want some!
